Mortius1: Not the only retro feature for this new game. The minimum OS is Windows Vista.

I can't say I've ever tried running Vista on a computer with 4MB of RAM though.

Forget about monetizing the game. If they'd manage to run a modern OS on those specs, they'd probably make a small fortune selling their solution for that instead.
