(Re)turn of the King

Overfall, a roguelike RPG overflowing with unpredictable challenges and emergent story elements, is available now for Windows, Mac, and Linux, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 10% launch discount.

Two heroes begin a desperate search for a lost king. Their mission? To activate the beacons resting on the islands populated by all the known races of this vast archipelago. Every NPC they recruit could mean the difference between the mission's success or failure, and offer a new approach to the challenges of the journey. They have to outmaneuver their opponents with smart turn-based moves and tactical choices, constantly keeping an eye out for the dynamic world changes that threaten to derail their epic quest. But even if they manage to escape permadeath and finish their mission, this is hardly the end of the road. The built-in Story Builder will compel you to come up with your own intriguing tales, outshining even those of your guide Chris Avellone, the ultimate word-chef.

Navigate a treacherous sea of diverse races and possibilities as you struggle to overcome Overfall. The 10% launch discount will last until May 31, 4:59 PM UTC.

IAmSinistar: They should do. The KS projects I've backed which explicitly offer a DRM-key and then which come to GOG have so far all given me keys here. Your best bet is to contact them directly and request a GOG key. Make sure they know that GOG provides them without charge to developers.
Good to know... that's been my (limited) experience as well thus far, but with a couple disappointing exceptions. Sent them a message through KS, we'll see how that goes. :)
Whoo roguelike.. this might be the first one on GOG.
high rated
Day One release, and a new developer. Nice!

Welcome aboard, Pera Games.

That's the second bundle. The first one is The Fall In Love Again bundle, and the second is The Fall On Your Face one.

Or, more credibly, because my title search was somewhat half-assed. :)
The OP says "roguelike RPG", the game-page says "Strategy". Does roguelike RPG=Strategy?

First time I hear about it, but the regional pricing is already a "no no" for me.

There's one in your list that may fall flat.

Which one has fallen out favour with you?

akhliber: Backed this one on Kickstarter, but haven't yet received a copy of the game. Kind of glad, as I'm hoping the developers will be offering GOG keys and not just Steam.

Apologies for any formatting nightmares here (on mobile screen I can hardly see) but as an update, developers already replied and do indeed intend to give out GOG keys to backers. :) looks to just be a matter of getting and distributing them is all, so hooray for that

On the KS survey, they asked if we wanted a steam or GOG key. So let's hope our key comes soon.

All except of SKYSHINE'S BEDLAM and WINGS...

I'm surprised you even have to ask which one falls short.
Turn based combat on a hex-grid always gets my attention. However, the roguelike elements (permadeath, proceduraly generated world) are rather off-putting. Likewise, the graphics look ok, but there is something about the "huge heads" art-style that annoys me, even though it's similar to Braveland, which I liked. I don't know, I can't quite put my finger on it.

Wishlisted for now, to keep my eye on it. Maybe I'll pick it up during some sale.

Did it fall through the cracks? Or are you making me out to be the fall guy for not spotting it?
