CharlesGrey: GOG forum: We got grump.
Thats means there are reasons to complain ? i think that is the meaning of the word grump?
If so, its true, we have reasons to ' nag' a little ... , its like a litte bit of democracy, we cant always say " ah that is beautifull game , when its not, if a game is bad, we should be able to say that.

gamesfreak64: DX7 btw is rumoured to be a 'bad' boy among the dx versions, as far as i can remembere (without googling)
dx6, 8 and 9x seemed to be around longest, dx 4 if it even existed, was rarely used, most games were dx6, 8 and lots of dx9, that was the final and last supported dx under win XP if i remember correctly.

DX 7 is bad news, Gear Head Garage (best garage simulator imho compared to that 2014 / 2015 car mechanic shit at steam ) needed dx 7 as far as i remember, GH was old pretty ugly 3d engine if you had to run it in software mode, but i was able to play it, maybe because it is not so real camera heavy like nowadays car mechanic sims cause these make my stomache turn...(motionsickness)
Hmmm, interesting. I seem to recall DirectX 7 and 9 being the most prominent versions, but maybe that was just for the games that I played. I doubt I payed attention to the DX version number before 7. DX8 was really not around for long IIRC. What's interesting too is I just found out that there was a Special Edition of Need for Speed 1 and 2 released that featured support for DX2. I think I'll try those out as opposed to shelling out money for this Omnibus travesty.
Sad thing is a good crash & smash bus racing game would be great.

Think of FlatOut only with Greyhounds and double-deckers, and school buses.

Shit, I'd pay good money for that.
No.

Now rethink the middle finger you gave to Degica GOG.
For anybody interested in checking out the game, I will be streaming it on GOGs Twitch channel (twitch.tv/gogcom) at 6pm EST tonight (10pm UTC, 12am CEST).

You hero, you :) On too late for me, shall VOD that over the w/end.

OT, I catch a bus every *** work day, to & from, it's a 1/2 hour wait followed by an hour and ten journey. That's twice a *** day every work day.

It could be moderately entertaining, thrashing out some of my *** bus-related frustrations on this game :)

Shit, I'd pay good money for that.
The Vigilante 8 games ported to PC would be a lot of fun.

Maxvorstadt: Well, they started to develope it in 1992 and decided to keep the original graphics. :-D
They kept the graphics but not the system requirements from 1992.
Finally, after endless waiting, the game achieves the much anticipated status of "Game of the Year Edition".
