kmyst: Smh...what gets me is I preordered it at $29.99, no possibility of the soundtrack DLC much less a deluxe version. Right after it became accessible those still didn't exist. And now? 10% off and a $9.99 soundtrack DLC or $34.99 deluxe version.
Yeah, I pre-ordered here also and would have liked to get the deluxe edition, but it wasn't available. The discount isn't really a big deal to me, since the pre-order bonus was a game, but I guess if you already had the game then you'd rather have that discount!

Dohi64: it's $30/27 eur on steam, should be fixed here soon too. however, no key rebinding in a $30 game is fucking lazy and based on that I highly doubt it has all other necessary functionality (meaning especially manual saving anytime over multiple slots), but gonna wait for some useful reviews with actual information.
Thanks for preceding me, I don't have to face the ire of gamers who can't stand people asking for playable games.

I can forget this one right away.

Well, it's a good thing that we have auto hotkey as a weapon against anti-rebind devs!

LynetteC: Two/three different prices? Be careful which one you buy!

Standard Edition - £22.53 (Full price £24.99)
Digital Deluxe version - £29.99 (Not discounted)

Link on news page:

Just the game? £66.49 (Full price £73.89)
This has got to be an oversight on their part, as that price is pure lunacy!

EDIT: I was wrong, the devs actually used the URE, thanks guys for not flaming me for my fuck-up!
-----------------------------Ignore the incorrect post below, I was wrong!---------------------------

EDIT: Shitty Unity performance strikes again, so it looks like it's gonna get a pass from me!

"The performance is really bad. I got an RTX 3080TI, turned off the RTX and it still stutters a lot. What hardware do I need to run this game in 60fps?"
I'm sick and tired of devs that refuse to learn how to develop a game with that fragile engine, while they try and pass that engine ignorance on users systems/rigs!

When you have people with top-of-the-line systems struggling with your game, it means you're gonna have to hold the reins on your ambition and make sure your game can actually run smoothly instead of trying to cram it into a fragile engine like Unity!

Would be much better if they used URE4/5 but indie devs have such a fetish for unity that we'll continue to get great games with horrid performance made on a sub-par engine for large 3D worlds!

NOTE: To the unity fanbois I do not mean 2D/Small 3D game worlds, Unity is great for those, It's that it is not made for large 3D worlds, period, and experienced devs need to constantly fight with removing assets and aggressive culling techniques in order for the game to run smooth on that engine!

So it CAN be done, it's just that you have to make serious sacrifices to your game to do so, that means unsightly pop-in and buying serious asset culling scripts as Unity does not have any good ones built into their engine!

There are several games where the cut scenes could be made into a movie. Lego Batman 2 was sold on Blu-Ray :)
