Those characters look like they either doing Naruto run, Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal Lean, or just plain drunk walk.
high rated
Another one off "the list", very nice.
The upcomming Knights of the Chalice 2 has no character animation at all.
At least the first has some. The pixel graphic isn't that bad either.

However the sounds in the first game... Not sure about them. Hmm... in the second game in that department they made a big jump.
Nice, finally some Temple of Elemental Evil - inspired tactical RPG. Magic is OP btw, and crafting is OP too.
Just sayin'...
Finally. Will wishlist and get soon.
This looks like fun. Reminds of the old Lord of The Rings RPGs I played.
The Temple of Elemental Evil and this, probably use the best implementation of the D&D Combat Rules on a PC game (third edition perhaps?)

I'd add Pool of Radiance Ruins of Myth Drannor to the list, but the real implementation is not so detailed and good as the former ones.
Happy to see this show up! I know it might be a slightly different genre, but I wish we could get Dungeons of Dredmor here.

RedRagan: ...Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal Lean...

My thoughts exactly!

You say that like the Ultima games weren't a thing.
Congratulations to Pierre, glad to finally see KotC on GoG. It's one of the very best tactical CRPGs ever created.

It looks like Ultima 6-7 but, let's say, with a more experimental and creative use of proportions and perspective.
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!1
Tried the demo, link available in the OP, and decided it was not for me; too tough for my after-work gaming sessions (the review by countrybluesgtr seems spot on). Praises for making a demo though, I always appreciate that, it shows respect for the paying customers.
