Jazz up your collection.

Jazz Jackrabbit: The Complete Collection and Jazz Jackrabbit 2: The Complete Collection are now available DRM-free on GOG.com with a 10% launch discount until December 7, 2PM UTC. Or get them together with Epic Pinball for a neat 25% discount.
He's green, he's lean, he's got some crazy speed: Jazz Jackrabbit, the intergalactic lagomorph with the red bandana and gung-ho attitude is back, exclusively on GOG.com. Both of his bombastic outings were hailed as platform shooter classics back when they were first unleashed upon the world, partly thanks to their tight mechanics and vibrant visuals and partly for their swanky protagonist and addictive soundtrack.

The GOG.com edition of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 can also come pre-bundled with the incredible JJ2+ mod. Packing years of dedication from the Jazz Jackrabbit community, expanded multiplayer features and game modes, tons of fixes, as well as tools to play (and create) the huge library of community-made content.
Download Jazz Jackrabbit 2 with the JJ2+ mod through the Beta Channels feature in GOG Galaxy or by grabbing the appropriate offline installers directly from your GOG.com account.
You can find more about Beta branches here.

If you're looking for an extra dose of platforming and pinball goodness, check out our Special Sale - but be quick, it ends December 1st, 11PM UTC!
Wow, nice. I have a lot of fond memories of these games. Will definitely buy them. (even though I still have the original CD's) It'll be nice to finally play Holiday Hare 98 too. The games have a really good soundtrack too.

One little question; does this version of JJ1 fix the Orbitus bug? The CD version I own has a level design oversight that makes level 6 of episode 2 practically unfinishable without cheating to get yourself a hoverboard at one particular section. I heard it was addressed in some versions, but not the one I had.
Thank you for this addition to the catalogue. I was waiting for these ones.

Among the best platformers for me, along with Alien Carnage / Halloween Harry.

Tallima: This is ridiculous. I don't come here for old games so stop releasing so many old games and get back to releasing games people play! Jeeze Whiz!

jmhebert: Old Games is the only reason I come here. They release very, very few old games anymore so please don't ruin what is left for those of us that are not part of the Millennial generation.
I was being completely tongue in cheek sarcastic. I love the old releases. But on these forums, someone throws a tantrum every time a new game is released as they complain that old games aren't released.

Now with Jazz, he's been high on a lot of people's wishlist and nostalgia list. So I thought it apt to throw a mocking tantrum their way of the opposite sort. There is no way to please a gamer after all.

Sorry to those that thought it was real. I thought the Jeeze Whiz would subtly out my performance.

Game on!
EDIT: removing opinion.

ironcladgranite: Loved JJR2 as kid. This is the first game I've spent money on at GoG and and found ou aboutt/downloaded Galaxy from this. Thanks for plopping this masterpiece on your platform, GoG team!
Sorry, but I am just too curious. You have been registered here since 2008 and this is the FIRST game you actually bought on GOG? What did you do all the time here?
I joined GOG back in 2008 and have been waiting for Jazz Jackrabbit and Epic Pinball to show up since.

Thankyou to everyone involved in the release. The nostalgia I've had from playing them this afternoon has been at all time high levels :D

I was suspecting that it was meant sarcastic but the "Jee Whiz" part did not really help using google:

Maybe US people should have understand it but I never had a chance. I would have known for sure if there had been a smiley behind it though.

ReynardFox: God dammit, I didn't see the 25% off bundle price and just bought the Jazz games.
Contact support - they can refund to your wallet. I impulse bought without reading too :)
I think I'll save my wallet some grief and just get Jazz 2 because I also want to get the Larry bundle.

OK, fair enough. I guess I am really showing my age and did not get that you were being funny. ;-) Sorry
Speaking of Epic Games.... How about One Must Fall: 2097?!

OMF is freeware. Go and get a copy.
Great that GOG is taking good care for those folks who wish for old games to appear. First the comeback of Descent and now this, what an amazing time for video games!

Back in the day, Jazz Jackrabbit were awesome, albeit the first game is much fun to play in slow motion mode. And heres hope that Zone 66 is coming at some point, too.

What a good time for old video games to be replayed indeed.
