Interesting, but will wait for a demo or reliable reviews.
By the way: "Broken Arms Games" is a great developer name, I like the ambiguity.

Looks like my kind of game at first sight, but will have a look at some gameplay videos first.

I really enjoyed Terroir, a similar type of game but with a focus on macromanagement. Hundred Days looks to be more complex.
