A retro-styled adventure RPG with an atmosphere just like the classics – Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Ragnarok – has joined our catalog not too long ago and is available free of charge!

Now, if you’d like to support the developers of this awesome project, you can now do so with the Developer Appreciation Package which you can find in our store.

The game is designed in the spirit and atmosphere of the classics, and strives to have the same high quality of art, music, and plot. With multiple character classes and several solutions to many puzzles, there are plenty of options for further replayability.

Thank you GOG & Crystal Shard!

Instantly bought the developer appreciation package.
After all, this is one of the best games ever made, released completely for free - absolutely insane!
It offers more value than most games sold nowadays for 30 or 60 EUR even.

I really, really, hope that we can get the rest of Crystal Shard's catalogue here on GOG, since most of their other games ooze with passion too.

And for those who want to try out something that is kind of hidden and unknown, there is a King's Quest III remake called King's Quest III+ by Crystal Shard (not to be confused with the two better known fan remakes of the same game by AGD Interactive and Infamous Adventures).

It was never completed, but it's playable anyway.
