Get ready for an exciting adventure in an intergalactic hospital – straight from CULT, Galacticare is now available on GOG!

This hospital management game set in the far future of the science-fiction universe, will baffle you with its unique approach to an idea of an intergalactic healthcare system. You’ll get to build your own hospital, design and furnish it from scratch, gather your own crew of doctors of choice, and finally, encounter a variety of patients – a broad range of species and their very particular needs and desires.

Now on GOG!
It's a wonder that James T Kirk, William T Riker, nor Jadzia Dax never ended up with spacepox.
Never heard of this one, any feedbacks/reviews yet?

Similarly surprised earthling(me): IHS(Intergalactic Healthcare System) of the far future works.

I had played the demo, several months, ago.
It´s the second game of the studio, who had made the great game: "War For The Overworld".
The game is like sci-fi-theme hospital.
It´s funny :)

You should try it!
I'd like to suggest this for background. (Ambience video.)

That explains why War For The Overworld has update om GOG
I rather admired the balancing act between preservation and modernization they did on War for the Overworld. You could see it came from a place of love. I really want to see what they did with the spirit of Theme Hospital.

Unless I get hit by a bus, I'm going to pick this up once my weekend officially starts.
if GOG Team is around, v 1.03 latest version of this game is 100 GB but in steam is 25GB, i have not enough hdd space. Please look into it.

I already made a review, but I gonna drop this here, as I got the game on release for a change and was extremely disappointed, and don't want others: this game is extremely easy and thoughtless.

The presentation is cute and funny, but there's no meat underneath. I probably could write about my complaints with it for a long time, and I still might as it's left a bad aftertaste in my head and I need to get it out. But the TLDR is I'd only recommend the game to people who tried the old theme hospital and thought it was cute, but found mission 3 to be to be too difficult and gave up.

Already solved, according to this dev post:

Hello guys ! It's a mistake, one I'm not sure where and how it happened yet, but not intended. There should be hopefully another patch today that rectify this mistake shortly, thanks for pointing it out !
Edit: This seems to be a bug/issue with the gog uploader that tried to make a patch and tripped itself making this inflated store folder
and:

No worries, again thanks for pointing it out = ) Patch is up and reduce the installation back to a sane 12Gb !

Well can't say it isn't original.
