Seems like a sad story, per trailer. (Which is not a bad thing)
There's a question I've been wanting to ask for a long time..Seems like a good time and place right now.

I usually use the excellent list by kbnrylaec to get to the promo page, but I don't actually know how to find it myself.
(Also, shout out to ciemnogrodzianin and his sales list. If only the two I mentioned could be combined!)

The Promo page is not in the OP, and it's not on the frontpage (thankfully, since it's a mess I avoid as much as possible). So, where is it??
This was one of my favorites from the last batch of demos. I like the overall feel of the story. I appreciated that it was easy for an adventure game (not really puzzles but fetch quests, not sure if that will change later in the game), although some of the stuff you had to do still didn't make much sense. The price though is a bit more than I'd want to pay, maybe it would be worth it or maybe not. So I'm going to wait a bit.
I wonder what country this based on. I don't think American developers knew rice fields combined with coconut trees. Felt like South East Asia, Philippines or Malaysia or Indonesia or Vietnam perhaps?

The game caught my eye too. The scooter and cars look familiar, as does the landscape and telegraph posts. It looks like where I live; Kerala. One of the characters is named Ajay so its no doubt based in India.

Ah I see, the scooter is a very common Honda Super Cub that exist all over the world but surprisingly not much in south east Asia. The cars are typical affordable Japanese hatchbacks common to be sold all over South east and South Asia in the 90s (notice the shape of the cars, vastly different compared to current Honda Jazz or Suzuki Swift). Owning a dog is not that common in Muslim majority countries like Malaysia and Indonesia so we can pass them out. But the kitchen wall decoration might be a good hint? I guess India is a very good guess.
