A good innkeeper has to adapt to the ever-changing world. This means taking care not only about the inn’s guests but also their steeds. A Crossroads Inn DLC titled Hooves & Wagons is now available DRM-free on GOG.COM with a 10% discount lasting until 23rd July, 5 PM UTC. Thanks to it you’ll be able to build watering troughs for horses as well as barns or hen houses to raise farm animals and be a truly self-sufficient innkeeper.

So when Crossroads Inn was first released, it boasted Linux support - which then very swiftly disappeared again as it became apparent just how premature the release was. It's somewhat hopeful to see new DLC appear, as that means the game hasn't been abandoned yet - but at the same time, the forum and reviews are still overflowing with complaints about basic pathfinding issues and your workers getting stuck in stupid loops - much more so than I'd attribute to player error.

Has there been any word from the developer publicly addressing these complaints, or some roadmap to when the game will be "complete", and if Linux support will return to the game after that point has been reached?
Interesting update.
It's 5MB but requires 6GB of disk space???

I guess it's a 5MB DLC but the 6GB is for the base game too. I don't remember seeing it like that before. I'm probably just blind.

DLC requirements are always copied from the base game afaik, unless they make changes that increase the requirements.

No worries, no animals were harmed despite being pushed in a mere 5MB of a wagon.
Keeper said they happily reported for duty on arrival.
(for the record: according to rooster, hens started producing eggs on the 3rd day)
What about the promised Linux release?
