Game $17.99 (on sale from $19.99) + Soundtrack $11.99 + Artbook $9.99 = $39.97

Deluxe Edition (not on sale) $37.77

Either the soundtrack and artbook should also be on sale or the base game should have a deep enough discount to offset the extra cost. Extras are there to increase value and make for better deals, not worse.

So I'll wishlist it for now and get it later when it's actually on sale.

Ok I checked the boiling water place, and there the Deluxe Edition is $35.97.
That includes the base game at -10% off, and a 10% bundle discount. The individual components are still the same price.

The point is, they're applying the bundle discount on top of the sale, while GoG it's either-or.
