The patch comes as a DLC for the game already, but due to Germany's laws and how GOG decided to react to that, it isn't visible for German users.

There's no need to google for a patch. The free Unrated Patch is available for download on the store page. Interested parties just need to add it to their cart and check-out.

German as well as Australian customers, if they get access to the store page at all but not this download, will probably have to ask someone to have the unrated patch gifted to them.
