I like the first one (released here, actually the second one) and would pay a bit more for the second one (released here, actually the first one) but $50?!? Yikes. Particularly for what looks like much the same game. I'm fine waiting a few years if needed to get to play this one (just as well considering my backlog).

The first game released here is actually the sequel. This is the first game in the series. Not sure if it's worth that $40/$50 price tag.

Akiba's Trip (the real first one is on PSP and from 2011)...on PS4 Akiba Hellbound (First Memory in Japan) is the second chronologically ...Akiba undead (or Akiba 2 if you prefer) is from 2013 in Japan and this one is released the same day on PC and consoles it seems...
So this "prequel' is certainly "enhanced"...I never played the PSP version...

Edit:I think a third Akiba game exist...I forgot the name...

Akiba's Beat. It sounds more like Persona 4 / TMS than a sequel to these titles, and it wasn't terribly well received. The drama meltdown regarding a localisation change that ended with one of XSeed's main faces leaving his job didn't help.

Thank you for the release. I own the hard copy on PS3, so I won't mind upgrading it with this :)

That would be Akiba's Beat which was released on Vita and PS4. It was a totally different game, but a good one nevertheless. If they ever remake it for Switch, pretty sure we'll have a PC version as well.
