Most of these - if not all - are either blocked on Steam as well or only available as low violence versions.

Blame German lawmakers. Blame gog for not offering like an "Adults only" section for users willing to send in a copy of their ID card.

So German lawmakers are still morons and GOG's still overly cautious in some cases (since you said most are unavailable) and too lazy to implement a solution for the rest. No news then :/

It seems someone told GOG which indexed games were not regionlocked until now ...

All those locks are "correct" if going after GOGs standing about indexed games...

The following DLC is blocked in Japan (JP):
Caligula Effect: Overdose - Casual Clothes Costume, The [DLC]

Yep. Just this one DLC, not the base game, nor the other DLCs. I guess these casual clothes were worn by Japanese soldiers during WWII.

And I am grateful for that since I already bought all of those in sales by now. :)

Now what would be even better, would be to finally implement some king of age verification system so stuff like this doesn't happen anymore at all!

The following game is now blocked in China (CN), Taiwan (TW) and Hong Kong (HK):
Dark Devotion

This is in addition to it being blocked in South Korea (KR), which has already been reported last month.

Is this a preventative measure against someone confusing "Devotion" with "Dark Devotion"?

Haha, I was thinking the exact same thing. That would be some supreme dumbfuckery.

Just FYI: There's apparently no region lock for Dark Devotion on the Mainland China Steam store.

I can't access it either, so not specific to Germany. As far as I know in my country there are no regionally blocked games.

Katana ZERO has been refused classification in Australia/New Zealand. Devolver Digital is resubmitting the game in hopes of getting this changed, but for the time being, it's very likely that the game will be regionally-locked in these regions when it launches tomorrow.
