Well that's what i assumed would happen...had that too with Quake...but at least i can get around the lock sometimes as Denmark is not that far away for me ;)
I mean feel free to set up a dedicated thread for it. I hope that it'll work that way but i have my doubts....

Starmaker: Well, nothing says you can't trade for the game that is publicly available and just help a person out if you're in a non-discounted region and maintain community credit with trusted users.
Use case 1: you want Dying Light and someone else wants TW3.
Use case 2: you want Dying LIght and someone else wants an equal amount of $$ worth of games off the winter sale.
It's awkward, and there can be rounding error losses here and there, but it can work.
What can't work is trading with people in discounted regions. If I buy you Dying Light at its gifting price of $59.99, you won't be able to buy me $59.99's worth of Russian-price games (so, like $200) -- at that point you're better off faking a region by yourself or using the $200 to spend a weekend in France.
Sure that's a way - but i think that (in theory) the general trading thread would be sufficent for trades like that. If a dedicated trading thread for those kind of trades are necessary - let's have one...Use case 1: you want Dying Light and someone else wants TW3.
