I've made a refund request last week and I still not have any reply.

Is that normal? What is the delay?

Did you check your email? They now automatic send an email after the request asking if a conversion to GOG Wallet funds is ok. They process your request sometime after you answer this email (they won't contact you through the GOG website directly).

I've been waiting for a week for a refund and no answer yet and YES, I have replied to the email. I've talked with many other people and they are in the same boat as me. Probably nobody is getting refunded or just very few people.
