I just bought 4 games on summer sale by accident. I heard some people say i can get a refund during 14 days after purchase. is that true? I haven't downloaded any of them, haven't redeem Rebel Galaxy and Alan Wake: American night mare either. If so how do i request a refund? Which topic should i request, Game Technical Issues or Order/Payment? I'm asking because i did submit a ticket and haven't received their response. Which topic are they gonna reply more quick than others? That was my first time purchase on gog btw

Tbh i changed my mind after purchasing it. I went to youtube and watch some more of gameplay and it didn't interest me. So yeah my accident purchase didn't happen before buying :D. It was like buy it, not really like it but also haven't downloaded it yet.

That's not really an accidental purchase, that's an impulse buy followed by buyers remorse, lol.

Hopefully you can get a refund/credit and buy some games that you actually want.

Because of this you should be eligible for a refund.

I thought maybe you wanted refunds because you suddenly learned GOG didn't give out Steam keys. :P

Hey guys the refund has been accepted. Thanks guys. So to request a refund, you need to go "Order/Payment" support page and choose "Other order-related issues". They response very quickly. If you make request in different topics, it's very likely they won't response probably cuz your ticket is lost in huge amount of other tickets.
