ok so I recently bought Zomboid and ngl im a weak player and this game is too hard for me so I asked for a refund. the refund did go trough I got the confirmation on email but the money didnt show on my account and the game stayed in my library I tried contacting Support about 4 days ago but no one is answering. Should I wait longer or is this game forever in my account?
This seems like someone on GOG's staff doesn't know about IF:THEN statements, where this sort of thing should be automated as a matter of course, instead of manually switchboarded.
