Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to refund a game if, after downloading it, you realize that there's no way to make it compatible with windows 10? If so, does anyone know how to do so?

GOG's game pages indicate what operating system a game "Works on" (under Game Details). If the game you bought was not listed as working on Win 10, officially youre not eligible for a refund. You're expected to pay attention to whether your OS is supported or not.

If on the other hand it's said to work on Win 10 but doesn't, on your end, you can write to support and they will try and help you figure out what the problem is, and if despite their help you can't the game to run, you will get your money back.

Will do. If contacting support pans out, I'll make sure to do that, but based on my experience with customer supports in general, I don't have high hopes XD

They have a pretty good money back guarantee, here is more into on it. And Ive downloaded a game before, had issues, and got a full refund.

Support will usually also make one-time exception for mistakes, at least many have reported that.

You could also say what game you are having troubles with. If you haven't checked the game forums, some users have solutions to many problems there, or mentioning it here, someone may have found a workaround for your issue.

I've found that most games can be made to work on Win 10 of those GoG doesn't necessarily approve assuming your computer meets the minimum specs.
