Then you probably got a bum key. You can try getting a refund from G2A, but that's the only recourse you have. Good luck.

Might be helpful if you mention what you mean by "doesn't work". Are you getting some sort of error when you try? If so, we may be able to help with that.

But, yes, you probably have a bum key that's either fake or already been used.

Thankk you everyone for the help, but I figured out the problem, I bought a key for GOG, not steam, but right now, i cannot buy wtcher 2 without it not working, even when it is for steam
