I haven't played many classic pc games yet, since I have my pc for only 2 years.

I like: RPGs (especially turn based), city building, strategy, racing (i'm not good at those), simulation, god games, FPS games (singleplayer and /or offline bots, since i dont really care for multiplayer) visual novels or narrative games and platformers (I suck at those too).

The games can be old, as early as the 90s, especially because I like DOS graphics, but they should be at least as good as NES games, so do not recommend me Ultima I-III.

I'm also not the best games, so if they take 100 hours to understand like EUIV, then don't bother with it.

So what games can you recommend to me ?

Might and Magic series for fantasy world experience

Fallout 1 and 2 for post nuclear experience.

Theme Hospital for simulation experience (full of jokes).

Tropico as a mix of simulator and strategy.

Edit:
Divine Divinity is another perfect RPG and for first person shooter I would recommend original Shadow Warrior.

For strategy games, I'd recommend:

Civilization IV
Colonization
Alpha Centauri

Each one has a different setting/scope (whole history, exploration of the Americas, another planet), so pick the one that appeals the most to you. If you only were to buy one, I'd say Civilization IV is the best strategy game ever made.
Turn-based RPGs: Spiderweb Software games like Avernum: Escape From the Pit

Strategy: Nexus: The Jupiter Incident RTS but with an active pause and focus on tactical management of several ships instead of tens or hundreds of units.

Action, isometric: Crusader: No Remorse.
Settlers 2

If you haven't played them, I recommend the Infinity Engine games: Icewind Dale, Icewind Dale II, Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II, and Planescape: Torment. All are excellent. Fallout 1 and 2 are also great, as is Arcanum. Essentially, anything made by Black Isle/Interplay gets a recommend, and I'll throw in another Troika title by suggesting Temple of Elemental Evil. I'll also second IXOXI's recommendation of Divine Divinity, it's spectacular. I've heard it called a Diablo clone, but it's so much more than that. If you've never played it, Knights of the Old Republic is an absolute must. If you get round to the sequel, there are fan mods which restore original content and storylines which flesh out scrapped endings.

For FPS, an old favourite of mine is Unreal Tournament GOTY, I had a whole lot of fun with that back in the day. It's got bots and you can have fun gibbing people in all sorts of ways. Telefrag!

I've not played them myself, but I'm told the Jagged Alliance series are fantastic strategy games. I also quite enjoyed the UFO games, so I'd recommend those. A slightly odd suggestion would be Etherlords - it's a bit like Magic: The Gathering mixed with Heroes of Might and Magic. It's very hard and the system is definitely imbalanced, but I really liked it.

I think the Shadowrun series are good for turn-based rpgs:

Shadowrun: Hong Kong and Shadowrun: Dragonfall for example.

Other turn based rpgs:

Fallout 1 and 2

Fallout Tactics

Heroes of Might and Magic

Battle Chasers: Nightwar

Regalia - Royal Edition

The Age of Decadence

Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2

The Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2

Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2

Battletech

Cities in Motion for city building

SimCity 3000 Unlimited - city building

Evil Genius - base building

Personally, I would enjoy:

Elder Scrolls Oblivion - modern rpg

The Witcher - combat rpg

Carmageddon at least the first one is very easy. It's racing and combat.

The Solus Project - simulation

Megarace 1 and 2 are at least good for the funny commentaries I've read but have no idea how easy it is.
If you like space stuff, then I would also recommend Fragile Allegiance as a mix of strategy and simulation.
Nox, Disciples 2, Clive Barker's Undying.
Some people adore Steamworld Heist, some people detest it. The latter are wrong.

vidsgame: Elder Scrolls Oblivion - modern rpg
Alternatively, Morrowind with graphics mods.
