My computer has been really sluggish, it just began getting slow to show the explorer, seamonkey now loads pages much slower, at moment it looks like it freezes. I dont think it has a malware on it, since when it wasnt slow i was doing the exact usual things i do. Any suggestions as to what i could try?

When is the last time you checked for MalWare and Defragged?

Reboot?

uninstall stuff!

Run CCleaner, kill start up shit, err blow on it :P

just a few minutes ago. didnt turn up any malware.
