ok, so heres the entire situation:
Several days ago, I bought Masters of Orion. I thought I didnt like it so I requested a refund. After about a day or 2 and no response, I played the game again and really enjoyed my time, so I made a follow-up email requesting I would like to retract my refund request.
Now, I recently got Galactic Civilizations III and some of it's dlc, as ive very much enjoyed the 2nd game in the series. I found myself not enjoying my time as much as I was with galciv2, and I felt like I pa yed too much for what I got, so I requested a refund. Now this request is in refund limbo aswell.

I have a couple of questions...
1. Will the first refund request for Masters of Orion be ignored as requested?
2. If the MoO request is still in the system, will both my galciv3 and MoO requests be taken into account?
3. If so, will my MoO request be retracted?
4. How long should I expect to wait? I looked it up and people have waited anywhere from only a few hours, all the way to a couple months.
5. Should I worry about my MoO request being accepted instead of ignored?
6. Did I bone myself at all?
