I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times, but I think I'm in a particular situation, and I couldn't find any answers by using the search bar.
I'm currently in France, but I want to pay for Cyberpunk with an American debit card. In the US the game is $60, but in France the game is $70.
Logically, because I'm paying with an American debit card, in USD, from an American bank, with money that was earned in America, I think I should be paying $60, not $70. Taking $10 from me even though I'm paying with American money seems like straight-up theft.
I tried entering my American card number as well as my American PayPal account into the checkout section, but both times it still told me I would be charged $70.
What can I do to not be charged extra even though I am paying with American money? I won't be back in the US for quite a while, so simply moving isn't an option for me.

Regional pricing applies to location, not the credit card. You pay the price of the country you're in when you buy the game. Sometimes it works in your favor and sometimes it's more expensive.

It's based on the IP you current use to shop with, so you essentially have three paths you can go;

1. Try to use a VPN.
2. Find someone in USA (or anyone with a USA IP) that you can trust to buy it for you and then gift it to you.
3. Or just pay the extra 10 bucks (which isn't a lot considering the already high price and with a promise of around 150+ hours of game time).

In case you're wondering, all three are perfectly legal options, as long as you don't resell gamekeys.

That's quite a bummer to hear. But thank you for the help anyway.
