Question: Has anyone played the game High Seas Trader?

Oh man, I played it so much as a kid. Countless hours. I loved it like crazy. I'm usually not into any kind of business sims at all, but here it had such a great feeling of adventure and freedom - travelling the world, fighting of pirates sailing to new ports, buying maps to whole regions of the world you haven't seen yet... It was superb fun. I would be so happy to see it here... and at the same time would kind of dread replaying it after all these years in case i woudln't live up to the memory.

Nope, still haven't heard anything about it.

You'll have to pardon if I query the legitimacy of any user who can't even manage to stumble their way into claiming a free game like Tyrian or Ultima IV.

Really feel like showing you can even do that wouldn't be too much of most users who actually exist.

"Last few years" is always such an exact time span.
The umbrella term "HD" falls into the same category.
