well i totaly give this up the game it wont start all i get is a lot of music and i cant get any support for it because it says i am not allowed? dont have any clue why but it is what it is i guess.

You went to this page https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?game=1133536995&form=technical for support and it said you're not allowed to submit a ticket?

Are you sure the 'not allowed' error was you trying to upload something to them?

Are you logged in on the support website? It's separate from the main website. Look at the upper right of that page to see the login icon.

Some specifics as to what is happening. A friendly reminder that only you can see what is occurring. Unless of course you;re one of my 3 ex's.
