Hi, two days ago I tried to buy a game but it made me error, it gave me a message in which it told me to wait a couple of days and wait for an email. In the meantime the money from my card was taken, because there is a difference between the available balance and the account balance identical to the cost of the game I was buying, but the game is not in my library yet.
A few days before I had already bought games without any problem.
Usually how long do they put us to solve this mistake?

I'm not sure, but i would suggest contacting the support team to be 100% sure that they're aware of the problem.
Did you buy as a gift? Some games here takes a couple of days before you get the code.

But yeah, first, complain to GOG, then complain to the community. That's usually how it should go these days.

I have send a message, I'm not complain, I want only hask what to do and if it happened to others.

I often must wait some time before I get the code in the mail, so it's not uncommon. On certain days it can take a much longer time especially when GOG's systems are overloaded or when the internet is having a BFF moment with erogenous ham sliding along the corridors like bad cholesterol in a blood vein...

When I wrote "I sent a message", I really meant that I had sent an email to the support, I also received the confirmation email in which they told me that they would answer me 12-24 hours.
With this post I wanted to see if I could get some useful information in the meantime, maybe from someone who had happened the same thing.

They have solved my problem, now is all ok. Thank to all for the time dedicated to responding to my post. But especially thanks to the GoG team for answering me so quickly.
