I want to purchise order of battle rising sun,but before to buy,i must buy a some of wallet funds.? In the top right my wallet funds is 0.00 but i have top up my credit card.I'm new and i don't know it........for the first purchasing i have no problem....thanks and regards

To buy Order of Battle: Rising Sun, you'll have to own the base game Order of Battle: World War II. You don't have that in your account. Maybe that's the problem?
