I have an account with an email that I no longer have access to, and in that I have made purchases. But when I click to change the email in the profile, it asks me to give it a 4-digit code from which it would be send to my old email. So I would like to know if there is another method to change the email without the need for the old email, or if it is necessary to send a request on the gog page (it is worth mentioning that I already sent the help request)

Only support can you help you here. They will also ask you for a proof that you are the owner of the account with the old email.
