I had tried to redeem a code for cyberpunk2077 but it always shows a "something went wrong" message, i have tried also another code sent me by the seller but the message error is the same

it's the same for me.... identical error!

1. The code you bought was fake and you've been scammed (very few are officially allowed to resell keys)

2. Wrong store. Steam perhaps?
3. You pressed something wrong. "Hot-dog"-fingers are quite common.

At the end of the day; never buy from someone that doesn't host the game themselves. It may only give you headaches.

If nothing else, contact support or those you bought the code from (but don't expect to get help quickly).
