Communication, refunds, emails, all done via the internet so the excuse of "Covid quarantine" doesnt fly.
They just probably have money issues with all the incoming lawsuits, refunds and other problems and doesnt want to give people their money back until they are good. Disgusting
Even with all these covid stupidity is going around, customer services are still operational every where else. As they should be since that can be even done from home.

agree support should need an overhaul and probably way more staff than they currently has
these are not even physical items and 20+ days for mere tickets which should be trivial to solve is unacceptable

refunding a game which you played for at least 60 hours . So did you torture yourself for 60 hours playing a fundamentally broken game or what happened? Or did your cat play it?
gog made the rules for refund , they should make it clearer but according to those rules it shouldn't matter how long someone played the game
