The games I recently redeemed are not showing up in the launcher. I need help resolving this as soon as possible. Could you please check?

Check your orders and settings tab, do you have the tickets? If you do, try an account refresh:

If you don't try to contact support but it could take some time. Generally 24hs but at weekends probably on Monday you will receive a reply.

If your problem is with Galaxy, the GOG supposedly optional launcher, you would have better luck asking that in its dedicated forum section.

Why do you need Galaxy for anyways, some kind of human interaction thing? If not, don't bother with it and download the offline installers. GOG calls them "Backup" but that's more about how they treat em' over how useful they are.

Have you tried closing Galaxy, fully (made sure the process isn't still running in the background). Then restarted it?

Other than that, you could click that Refresh link that was provided, which should at least show all your games in your web browser GOG library. That might then have a roll on effect for Galaxy.
