I tried to order the D&D Hasbro Immortals bundle on the 21st of August and encountered an error. My bank saw two charges, one for the bundle and one for international fee, as fraud and would not authorize. After I received a call from the bank's security response, I was able to approve the charges and the payment cleared. However, I did not receive an order number on my account and did not receive the games. I opened a support ticket (E5GT8SLB) the same day I placed the order and did get an automated response. I then updated that support ticket with the PayPal receipt number. I realized that due to the weekend and other factors, I wouldn't get a response on my support request right away. I gave it until the 27th of August before PM'ng one of the blues. I still have not received a response to either the support ticket or the PM. I hate being a bother about things and I do realize that this is very likely one of those "slipped through the cracks" situations, but GOG has received my payment, I'd just like to receive my games. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
