It shows this "An error occurred while processing your request." on the main site and gog galaxy. games and movies doesn't seems to load. But the forum, support and account seems to work. Is Gog having a server problem?

All is good in the world for me.

Chernobyl89: "An error occurred while processing your request."
In a striking twist of irony I think that's what it said right before the reactor blew at Chernobyl.
I changed my country from Malaysia to US with vpn. It loads fine, maybe a problem with malaysia only?

I could go to the main page before login to my account but after login I get this "An error occurred while processing your request."
I hope GOG didn't do anything to piss off the Malaysian government or king or what have you...
low rated
I think it's been JerkMutered™.
I am having the same problem as well with both the website as well as the GOG Galaxy client.
The error message I get is:

An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #97.82b91a3a.1464091192.27e2015
Wondering whether SKMM could be the source of this web behavioural pattern.
Anybody managed to find a solution for this?
I'm getting the same problem.

"An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Will not paste the digits here, because its seems that it is unique.

I too from Malaysia.

This might help.... I still can't go to gog.com via my desktop which uses Telekom Malaysia internet. But I managed to go to gog.com and bought Strife in time via my laptop, which uses mobile phone line (Celcom).

Will test more later.
I too am from Malaysia and can confirm the same issue is happening to me: can't access the gog.com main site.

Changing the browser doesn't help.

To me it looks like an enforced restriction at the level of the ISP, and only affect one given country, hence my guess about SKMM being involved. Malaysia is known to be one of the countries that actively enforces restrictions to net use, in particular re torrent sites, re download platforms etc.
