No. These cards literally tell you in the fine print, they cannot be used internationally. So you are lying or ignorant. Either way, the cards state what I wrote as correct. Plus I have tested visa, mastercard and amex cards. I have also had this discussion numerous times here over the years and many others have been saddened by the lack of international use.

Sites these cards may be used in are in country. GOG is not in USA nor Canada and as such they do not function. This is a non topic now with you.

It's a non-topic because I've used prepaid Mastercards to buy from GOG. I have literally bought from this web site, using a prepaid Mastercard. They do not require a linked bank account, nor do they require any identification. You don't know what you are talking about.

This may work for you because you are in Canada, it will not work nor will any prepaid card work if you are living in the Unites States of A

Having to link a prepaid card to Paypal is like closing the door after the cow has escaped.
