Blood and Wine's timer ended one hour earlier than shown. The DLC is now available.

And downloaded. Smaller than expected though. Blood and Wine was announced to have 10-15 GB but only turned out to have 7.2 GB. Perhaps they calculated the size of the update into it.

I own the Expansion Pass but for me the DLC isn't available!

Does not even show up under DLC's.

Click on your library, then 'The Witcher 3' , 'more' and then 'Gog downloader links' it should be at the bottom.

Yeah
i just found out, Had to navigate through menus to find the right dlc page on the GOG launcher then install it myself, even though i have everything to be done auto :/
