Double the katana, double the attitude.

He will slice, he will dice, he'll make the demons pay the price. But the talented death-dealer is now packing an expanded selection of murder weapons, including his katana, daggers, and hand claws, alongside some nasty magic powers and dependable firearms. The 4 player co-op and brutal damage system will make using all these new toys all the more rewarding and Wang's trash-talking all the more justified.

Fairfox: Moar interested in this Redux than #2. Worth it?
Yes, especially considering it includes the expansions.
I spent quite a few hours playing it.

Maybe I should have asked before buying the Redux (doh!): Is the difficulty bug in the expansions from the DOS release fixed? I remember not being able to continue when a certain boss in normal mode decided he didn't want to come out and play, as in completely missing.

I did not encounter such a bug playing through the whole thing. (I believe it was on normal.

Fairfox: Bugs? Ouchie, I just bought it. Ah well, it looks funnages.
The bug mistermumbles was referring to only exists in the Wanton Destruction expansion. Basically, if you play on either of the two lower difficulty levels, a miniboss fails to spawn in one of the later missions. Unfortunately, that boss also carries a key (I think), making it impossible to finish that level.
I think that's because the expansion was pretty much shelved shortly before it was supposed to be released originally, only to be dug out years later, so presumably it lacks a last instance of playtesting.

Amazing expansion, though. I'd actually rank large parts of it above the game's main campaign. Especially the airplane level is amazing. You just have to play it on "Who wants Wang" difficulty, at least in the original DOS release.

As in this thread somehow the newest Deus Ex came up. This just in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVbj4GuuZTA&t=8m53s .

So, thank you, Flying Wild Hog games for not putting anal probes into your games. I really hope this title does well so you know that's appreciated!
Hey guys, I think I need some advice.
I'm torn on the issue of preordering SW2. Like many other users here my rule is to never preorder, on the other side what I've seen (especially the pax west videos) looks very good and I loved SW 2013.

Should I fall for the hype or should I wait?
You think that 20% discount is worth the risk of getting an unfinished, unpolished game wasting 35£?
You can t wait 2 weeks after launch to play the game to see how reviews go?

I bet you can.

I ll wait the GOTY, with all DLCs, patches, expensions and God's know what, because ... well, to me now broken and expensive and in one year time cheap and "perfect" is a no brainer.

You're right, guess the preorder exclusives were clouding my judgment, thanks!
