tremere110: Looking forward to this. This and Phoenix Point have been the big 2 from this genre I've been wanting.
Two awesome games. I am eager to play Phantom Doctrine next week and backed Phoenix Point on Fig. I truly have great expectations for both. I also backed Xenonauts 2 but, compared to this two, it looks like minesweeper :P

Sold. :) I'm, actually, decided not to preorder games, but in case of Phantom Doctrine... And that preorder have Deluxe bonuses... Well, I coudn't resist and preordered this game. :)

Pre order is always a bet. But for Phantom Doctrine, I said yes. The cold war, spies, infiltration, no random success... The developpers took many risks to make a different game and improve tactical turn based system. It's a good motive to give it a chance.

And after watching some gameplay streamings, it seems it was a good choice. Details like jumping threw windows only available from first and second floors show me how much the gameplay has been studied. F4LLOUT, obviously your team worked hard. I'm really excited to play.

And please, for your next game, make possible to push or pull a team member to the up floor like old school jagged alliance. I'm aware It's a torture for game designers but it was so fun to play. ^^

Given that the price reduction applies until August 28th is there actually any real reason to pre-order?

The game sure does look awesome but I've learned my lesson on pre-orders. I'll wait for the reviews to go up then I'll buy it.

Ooooh! This is right up my street. Will be keeping a close eye on this one. Although pre-orders are still out of the question. They can thank other publishers for that.

Whoa... Not only is this game interesting... And there is the €6 discount with pre-order + owning Hard West.
But also, "free wallet funds" for the amount of €6,50 on top of this... so basically the price is €27,50...
I really shouldn't... but I may have to... even without any proper reviews out yet.. argh... :D

Seems like the goodies are already available for download. Not yet the base game. That's a pity, because I have to go away for a day and won't have access to my computer until tomorrow... :'(

Well, as of this post, the countdown clock on my library page shows 1 hour and 30 minutes until it's available. Hopefully you'll be able to grab it before you leave.
