Just download the offline backup installers and install the game from them. No need for Galaxy.
I don't even understand what the question is. Some punctuation might help.
Sadly all I remember is that GOG had a program I could download for windows 10 so that I wouldn't need to use GOG Galaxy but I can't remember what I was and since I have only 100 GB on my computer I don't want to use the galaxy

Ok, now I understand. It probably was the old downloader, but unfortunately it's not supported anymore. If you don't want to use Galaxy, you can download the offline installers from your account using any browser. It's no problem for old games, because it usually is just one file, but gets a little annoying with huge modern games (because the download is splitted into several 4GB files).
How do I use the offline installer I have only ever downloaded one game from GOG before so I don't know too much about it ??

Method 1: How to download from the website.
Go to your game library on GOG.com and find the game. Then click the game and look for download offline backup installer. Click the name of the game to start downloading.

Method 2: Using Galaxy.
Open Galaxy, find the game, then click on it. Once the game page is open, look for extras at the top of the app. Click the name of the game under Offline backups installers to start downloading. .

If still need help you can DM me.

chichi32310: How do I use the offline installer
Use a web browser to open your library. Click the game there, then expand the Offline Installer section and download all the parts. If you're downloading the game for the first time, you don't need any of the patches (should there be any).
