Hello,
I just found out about this new sale but I wonder : for many games (like the Rayman series or Prince of Persia) the announced price is 1€ on the main page but changes once in the basket (between 1.29€ and 1.99€ !)
What is wrong here ?
Thanks !
Same.

I messaged Support along with a screen shot.
Prince of Persia games and Rayman Origins are 1.99€ each. The other Rayman games are 1.29€ each. Is the issue fixed for you now?

There is currently a display issue if you visit the various Sale pages, where the games' prices are rounded down to .00. Thus, a game that costs 1.99 is rounded down to show 1.00 as its price. This becomes amusing with Deus Ex becoming a free game.

It looks like the issue has been fixed and the Prince of Persia games are now listed as $1.99 USD each.

Will they honor the $1.00 USD each that was listed in the header earlier today? Dunno... but in my past experience GOG has been good about making good on their pricing mistakes.

Yeah, first time I ever remember seeing GOG pricing in whole numbers

I'm seeing Human Revolution for 3€ but the other prices don't match on my end.
Heard back from GOG Support...

... the $1.00 USD pricing on Prince of Persia was a software glitch and...

... has been fixed.

No mention of whether they would honor the price at the time I tried to make the purchase.

I messaged Support again.

If they do not honor the price displayed -- which was their error -- this would be the first time I have contacted GOG with a pricing issue where GOG did not honor the price they displayed, error or not.

Just an FYI to those following this thread...

After again contacting them about the pricing when I tried to purchase the games in question...

... GOG Support DID contact me back.

They said that they could not honor the prices they had posted (in error) for the Prince of Persia games.

They made an offer that I will not go into here, but they did try and make some amends. I appreciate that, but at the same time...

... the issue at hand was honoring prices they posted.

Sadly they did not.

Everyone makes mistakes, but I hope this is not a vision of future GOG.
