In the preview the "Sid Meier's Pack" includes Pirates Gold Plus. But it is not listed on the bundle page.

Uhm, there is no Sid Meier bundle, only a Railroad Tycoon bundle!
Oh, wait: There is. My fault, clicked on "More Bundles" and that doesn`t show the Sid Meier Bundle.
