That was really funny tbh. I've never seen a webstore going down after a release like this lmao.

Thanks. I went here to find out why my download stopped at 8%.
I'm pretty sure the site having been broken has nothing whatsoever to do with the release of Fallout 4.
The site was momentarily broken because they let the security certificates expire.
Problems right now? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is probably a regional thing.

Last week the Epic Games store had problems. I couldn't log in. The login page was also broken. So...

You werent't here for the Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk releases, then. Or the Skyrim release, or... virtually any major sale. This site stays broken, despite what the fanboys want to tell you about how other sites have trouble, too.

I was there when Epic had Death Stranding as giveaway. The site was more than broken. You're free to call me a fanboi :)

I bet it was. It's also not semi-broken on a weekly basis. and I said fan boy, not fanboi.
In Death Stranding's case it was because the first gave away the wrong game version, the director's cut, which was not planned.

They stopped the whole thing, took it offline and then resumed with the standard version as giveaway.
