It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

So I was reading and it seems other people have been having issues with PayPal, I wouldn't bother posting this except my issues aren't exactly the same as everyone else I read. When I try to make a purchase I select PayPal and the button doesn't even seem to work, I don't get an error message from it, it just wont let me click "Pay with PayPal" button to proceed, I've made purchases with PayPal on GOG and many other sites dozens of times before without issue and now its like the scripting for the button just doesn't work or something.

If anyone has some advice to help I'd appreciate it,
if I cant find a way to make it work I'll go get a prepaid credit card and try that, provided the whole checkout systems not glitched for me.

PPS: Its not encouraging when the economic transfer system isn't functioning properly, I mean this shit has access to peoples bank accounts and other sensitive personal information.

Perhaps read the other posts first, the chap had sorted his issue, it was blocked scripts apparently:

Well Like I said, I did read the other posts already and they were different issues that didn't apply to my situation, unfortunately. Thanks though, I appreciate the attempt. ^_^

[[PPS: EDIT

I've checked all the browser and system settings and plugins and can't find anything yet but I'm going to try installing a new browser and attempt to make the purchase from there and see if the problem is persistent, I figure if it still does the same thing on a new browser it must be a system setting or an issue with the website. ( I'm currently using Firefox and I'm going to try with Chromium)

Yes, good idea to have chrome as a backup. I use Firefox, but do notice sometimes when websites changes things that it breaks on there, but works on chrome. Also, I assume you cleared the cache and cookies, and ensured nothing is blocking it?
Cant help but Support should be able and these Pay Pal situations/problems always come up in a sale.
Make sure you're not trying to buy a DLC for a game that you don't own on GOG. That's one of the reasons when the "Pay with PayPal" button(or any other payment processor button) doesn't work.
Damnit, the games arent on sale anymore so it doesn't matter now, thanks anyway....

So much for being able to spend a hundred and fifty dollars with your site, I guess making money doesn't really matter to you guys so next time I'll just use steam, at least pay pal works with them.

maybe hit up support with what you wanted and the issue at hand? maybe they'll be nice and let you have the sale prices if you point out the issues you had trying to purchase during the sale?

the forum really isn't the place to deal with things in a rush. support would have been a much quicker route. if you encounter the same thing again (on any site) you should open a ticket with support immediately, and then make a forum post.
