Anyone seeing this, PayPal button not working and staying greyed out. It's the first time in years this has not worked for me.


Edit: I'm an idiot and GOG is smarter than me, I was trying to buy DLC without owning the game.

Made a purchase less than an hour ago. Everything went fine for me.

I can't speak to PayPal specifically, but I can say that the checkout page depends on scripts from several third party sites, and even basic pay-by-credit-card is completely broken if you don't load the scripts for the third party processors. It's possible one of those failed to load for you, and broke seemingly unrelated functionality as a result. GOG's error handling there seems to be non-existent. If a script fails to load, the page is just broken with no error reporting or indication of what went wrong.

Don't worry. It happened to us all. If you are not entitlet to buy something, the payment options are disabled.

I wouldn't feel bad about it. Sometimes it's hard to tell what is and isn't DLC. I've done it more times than I want to admit. I've tried to buy DLC, knowing it was DLC, while looking at the game on my Steam profile, while trying to buy it on GOG.
