Give support a shout. I know even when I DIDN'T have a payment go through twice, I was paranoid and harassed support right away - they were nice enough to get right back to me and reassure me that it only went through once. And I've heard they're very quick with cancelling multiple payments when things like this do occur.

Also, huh - never know you could purchase via Galaxy.

yum2014yum: No offense but that kind of defeats the point in launching or using GoG Galaxy :-/ Debit card payment feature doesn't work either. PayPal has worked before. Will try in the morning I guess. 30 hours left on the sale! Ummm...just checked the web browser and the five items I wanted are listed as 'Items you own'.

None of the payments went through though :-/. <- few mins later got an order confirmation e-mail. I assume that was for the Debit Card attempt, though that screen crashed too and never went through on screen. Glad it finally went through, but hope it was once and not five times :).
There are two things.

1. You keep using broken GoG Galaxy which is in Beta state to purchase repeatedly.
2. You use Browser and buy what you want happily and wait till Galaxy gets fixed.

It's your call really.
@yum2014yum: I will contact you via email and ask for some additonal details, if you don't mind - every bit of info helps.
I see that your card payment went through, but the PayPal attempts were blocked on PayPal's end - as such, I wouldn't pin this on Galaxy.

That being said, guys - please describe exactly what kind of problems you're experiencing when buying via Galaxy. I remember some teething problems back in the day, but those were resolved. If there are any left that we have missed, let me know.

I received and replied to your e-mail a short while ago.

Then I tried to buy a game on Steam via PayPal and that failed too. Spoke to PayPal and they confirmed all payments have been declined by the card issuer.

Sorry about that, totally barked up the wrong tree. Please forgive me :P?

It seems my bank are to blame. Currently been on hold 53 mins whilst they look into it...sigh...

I've tried to use both GoG Galaxy and the GoG website and neither will take my PayPal payments. There's no error message, it just keeps looping back to the checkout page etc. Have cleared by browser completely, twice.

Can you see an error code or message? If you can give me a code and message I can call the bank tomorrow and slaughter them (verbally :P)
