Linko90: I can't comment on how many games come to Linux, but I can assure you the people working in that field work their socks off to ensure the Linux versions we have work and release on release dates or closer. As is the current situation with Kingmaker both on Linux and Mac.
paladin181: That's fair. I'm not insinuating that anyone is actively dragging their feet, man. It's not lack of effort causing things to look bad. I won't say it's outright incompetence, cause that's harsh, especially when I couldn't do most of the jobs at GOG personally. But there is some kind of disconnect somewhere when your competitors can manage to get these things working faster and more reliably than you can.... Enough derailing this thread though.
Thanks for the reassurances. Hopefully this gets full platform support, and kudos to GOG for working hard to make it happen!
It's worth remembering our competition also has far more resources at hand. Hence why we never did the GOG-Link or GOG-controller ;)
