How can I apply a patch (non official patches) in Mac Versions of Games.

In particular, I need to translate Indiana Jones and the last crusade with the italian patch .

Is there a way to patch Mac version?

What file is the patch? An exe or files which you have to copy in the folder?

If there are only files:

1. Go to the program folder
2. rightklick on the game
3. klick on show package content
4. open the Resources folder
5. open the game folder
6. open the game folder
7. copy the new files in the folder overwriting the old ones

If it's a exe file:

You have to extract the needed files for example by installing the exe with Wine and copying the needed files out of the folder.
Then follow the steps described above.
