Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms is a skill-driven ARPG – and it’s now out of early access on GOG!

It’s a thrilling RPG game that blends real-time action with an isometric view, set in a world of magic and monsters. You must navigate through dangerous dungeons, battle fierce bosses, and uncover ancient secrets to save Plamen from an impending doom!

You can also get:
Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms - Ultimate Pack
Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms - Deluxe Edition

Now on GOG!
This UI leaves something to be desired. Barely readable health bars between ground of a similar color makes me question how much testing was had.

End of EA. It's good though, Ultimate Pack?
I'm waiting for a discount.
I have the rest.
Oh hey, giant enemy crabs! I wonder if they have any weak points we can attack for massive damage.
That looks interesting... tried EA but kept waiting for full release.
Hope the new updated will be worth waiting!
What's the G-Shop that is mentioned in the Deluxe version?

Looks like it is the off-site Gamera Interactive store... maybe accessed through their Discord? You have to access their Discord to redeem the G-Shop tokens.

Wow, these prices! Gamera Interactive is vying against Hero Fantasy Games Dot Com for the indie break-the-bank award. Sheesh

I can understand giving EA customers more for their money, but...

... penalizing potential customers for not buying an unfinished game? That's essentially what these post-releases prices are doing.

An indie dev should be incentivizing early adoption (EA) and not penalizing late adopters. That's a way to generate ill will... even when a game's good.

That just doesn't feel like a strong long-term strategy.

The game has been launched at 24.99 during EA and price has raised after 110 patches and 9 Major Content Updates, adding hours and hours of contents on a game with a SP campaign lasting 100+ hours. The EA was "finished" 6 months after launch and the game was kept in EA and updated for free for extra 18 months. What should be a "indie" price? lol

Time spent in development, number of patches, hours of "content", all these numbers mean very little and are easily manipulated to generate sympathy. All that is of concern to the end user is how much is this game going to cost, and is it worth that cost? I'm not saying that this game is or is not.
I'm a little on the fence myself. This game is all about the combat, and a demo would go a long way to see how it 'feels'. Watching other people play can't give me that feeling.

Manipulate what? The updates are public, one every 4 months and a changelog for each update and every major update. The game is not about combat only at all, It's in between an old IE game and an action. The combat is action

https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/919360/view/7126472323851685910 these are the updates, Arcane Arts is in a separate topic so not listed here but you can find it easily

The sentiments of people saying it deserves a higher pricetag because it has more updates.
I like the BG style and gameplay mechanics, but this game still need more polish...

Firstly, I own Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms having purchased in during EA, so I'm not here trying to undermine the game -- in fact quite the opposite. I know you have put a lot of hard work into the title. With that said...

Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms was a long EA, and during this EA the base game was discounted to...

... $9.99 USD.

Now Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms base game post-release is discounted to...

... $31.49 USD.

That's approx a 215% increase.

For perspective, I just purchased Dragon's Dogma II an action combat RPG (released last March) at a similar price point, so IMHO your release price is pretty aggressive.

So what?
During EA the game was 24.99

We made many different discounts to bring players in, in very special occasions/sales.

We informed players that price would have been raised during EA and discounts decreased.

Now the game is out, it's a full reset, and the price point is 34.99. For sure it will be discounted in the future but we'll move on with a ratio as we've always did. Dragon's Dogma is a AAA game released full price. Alaloth is half the price and it's a game with a sp campaign lasting 100+ hours. The price suggested by publishers was way higher
