Anyone know if it is possible to buy this game from anywhere that isn't Stream these days?

Bohemia Interactive pretty much became Steam fan-boys a while back, so nowhere it seems.

The Steam version is launcher-free once installed, so it does not depend on Steamworks CEG. It's DRM-Free.
